Dr. Michelle Carruthers HBSc, RMT, DC
A bit about me!
I have always had an interest in the human body and movement, and this lead me to becoming a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist.
I am consistently learning and studying to keep my knowledge and skills up-to-date. My focus is in functional anatomy and movement patterns, or simply put how we move and how to help you when movement presents limited or painful.
Our sessions typically will include movement assessment, soft tissue work, joint mobility, and education/exercises.
I keep an active lifestyle teaching spin classes (RPM) at Goodlife since 2014, participating in body conditioning classes and daily walking my dog and best buddy Kelso.
